“Little Dancers” are already so advanced, that I’ve made a cover design for Emily. But there will be one more girl-and-dad illustration; last minute update to the plan. So it’s almost the end, but not quite.
One more illustration to “Little Dancers” story. The girl and her dad again.
Two last illustrations to “Little Dancers” are about the girl (who is the narrator here) and her dad. They are real people and I’m trying to make them look a bit more realistic then dancing cells.
I’ve got printed version of a little book I had illustrated last year. One of nicest things one can get from a postman! It’s “Chocolate Fairy” by Emma Jae. I have scanned one spread to show to Rabbit’s Friends-and-Relations, this is it. Besides there’s nothing new to present. I’m filling a website with lamp clocks now. This is small business my husband’s cousin is running; he builds very clever clocks from Nixie lamps and he sells them on eBay. I’m giving a little help with the website, preparing graphics and adding the content, while my son is responsible for all the rest (this HTML code things that I don’t understand). Everything stays in the family.
Perhaps this is Rapunzel, but our local version, because the window looks very much like what you can see in Bytom, Zawiercie or any Silesian town. And in case you go to the backyard of any tenemnet house there and look up, you will surely see her! Backyards are better then TV.
I’ve just finished my Sunday afternoon picture. I felt like drawing something sunny! We’ve been living inside a big cloud for two weeks. And why does Sunday picture come on Monday? Because we went to see Life of Pi (Great movie! As good as the book was, and in some respects maybe better!) and Sunday got too short.
Unfortunately doctor’s efforts sometimes may go in vain.
The Little Dancers story; the doctor’s trying to bring the dancers (cells) back to order.
One more illustration to Acorn story, close to the end. Oak tree is longing for her dad, who became a book. Looks like I have finished!
